What do you do if you are interviewing a person, and within 3 minutes after starting the conversation you realize that they are 100% not the right fit?
option 1) I say “thank you and goodbye” right away,
do you explain the reason?
option 2) For decency or something else, I still ask various questions for about 15-30 minutes, after which I say “thank you and goodbye”.
