At the exit from Prospect Mira, there are some groggy-looking people wandering around cars with signs saying “Charity Foundation Let’s Help Together.” It doesn’t even have a website; it’s not found on Google at all. While one might overlook ordinary beggars, beggars who use direct and blatant deception, discrediting other charity foundations, are a different matter. No complaints are made – because for each person in a traffic jam, this is someone else’s problem, not theirs. And for me too.
A more general question: is there a way to file a police report online? I don’t know, maybe through a government services website or something similar? After all, the main reason it’s possible to break the law for a long time in Russia is because the procedure for contacting the police is complicated (you need to write a formal request, go to the station, and they still have to accept it, which often leads to avoidance and so on). If not, then why aren’t there intermediaries who have acquired the status of mass media – then any communication to the media could be transferred via the intermediary?
