Wow! now that’s a service. In the USA, you can search for doctors online on ZocDoc. We found our therapist there, and now, when Lisa needed to buy glasses, I hopped onto ZocDoc as well. There you can select the location, what insurance you have, and a list of doctors is provided – you can choose based on various parameters, including the language of communication and so on.
So, I booked an appointment with a doctor, choosing General Eye Consultation. I assumed that this was a vision check. The clinic called, told me that wasn’t exactly the case, and apologized and canceled the appointment. In response to this, ZocDoc sent me an email like “what happened?”. I honestly replied that I had made a mistake and chosen the wrong option. Now, they apologized and sent me a five-dollar Amazon voucher. It’s a small thing – but nice!
ZocDoc thank you for your service!
