For the first time, we bought sticky rice. This is a special variety of rice, here it is called sweet rice (it isn’t actually sweet; it’s just often used for sweet dishes). It turned out quite cool. Firstly, you can thinly slice it with a knife. Secondly, it really is sticky. It’s not easy to scrape off the knife.
