It’s been a year and a half since I’ve been living in the USA. And yet, I haven’t learned to say Hey instead of Hi when meeting someone, and I always say “Good, how are you” in response to an American’s how-are-you with tension, as if it’s not just a greeting, but a genuine question 🙂
