On Monday, an article about support for Japanese and Chinese languages will be released. Still figuring things out – I’m blown away by the Japanese.

Since the 17th century, the character ꄵ in Japanese has meant 10^48 (1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000). And there are individual characters for all smaller numbers in increments of 10,000 (because for all the numbers in between, a different notation can be used, within the scale of 10,000).

One of the meanings of this character is “very ordinary” šŸ™‚
