They blocked off half of the road. I thought they were going to dig or replace the tiles. Turns out, it’s for jogging. Half a kilometer or so. Apparently, a meter and a half of sidewalk isn’t enough to pass by each other. Now the few cars that pass are squeezed tightly. The banner describes the rules for sports activities.
