My first pancake is lumpy on a 3D printer. The part turned out, but it failed the test as an adapter for a manual coffee grinder to a vegetable slicer. Besides the fact that I failed to check the direction of the motor shaft rotation (it was the opposite of what I needed), it’s clear I should have recalled some material strength – the pusher is objectively weak. But now I know how to design a part in CAD from scratch and get it in plastic within a few hours. Printer – Ender 3.
