I tested Yandex GPT and it refused to answer my question about the Vice President of the USA in 1946. It turned out to be somewhat dull. Below are several screenshots from the conversation with openAI GPT-3.5. It also failed to provide the correct answer. However, GPT-4 responded correctly right away (last screenshot)
