The dog loves to walk at night. Besides the fact that the owner can humorously step on a frog in the dark, it’s easy to suddenly see someone else who is watching you. There’s always someone watching, it’s just not always visible. Only the eyes glow in the bushes.

An interesting interview (in English) with a guy from “Amish country” (Holmes County, OH) – Mennonite Josh. He talks about how things are organized there, what they live by, and how they coexist with the outside world. Peter (the author) announces seven episodes, this one – the first – was just released recently. By the way, it was surprising to hear that Josh (the Mennonite) has a Ukrainian wife, and he has visited Ukraine.

Interestingly, when we took a “wrong turn” while looking for our Yukon’s seller, the house owner turned out to be from Ukraine too – we also bought some homemade honey from her.

About the structure of DNA “in layman’s terms,” the sequencing process, how PCR works, the mechanism of replication, etc. If you’re interested – do not miss it. It can be difficult at times, but generally, it’s quite accessible. I’ve been interested in this topic for a long time and didn’t expect anything new in yet another lecture on the subject, but three hours have passed and I can’t pull myself away.
