Good article. Partly explains why agile struggles with projects for Russian external clients (works with difficulty; does not work – varies)

I needed to transfer all the sent emails from an Exchange account to a GMail account into the Sent folder. There were several thousand of them.
To solve this, it was nice to recall the old reliable pine (now – alpine) – a console email client created by the founders of IMAP, which I used as my main one back in 2003. It turned out to be a very decent solution for transferring emails from one email account to another, from any folder to any folder.
The process is carried out on remote servers while I travel to St. Petersburg, along with the utility tool screen.
If anyone ever needs it – I’ll provide the details.

A very interesting startup for those learning English – http://puzzle-english.com I really got hooked there in Wordbattle, the grammar section and listening section are quite good. In the listening part, it plays a piece of a phrase from a movie or song, and you need to recognize what it is. Very well made. It surpassed Lingualeo in my rankings.

For the second year now, I’ve been relentlessly hassled by cold calls from some English-speaking folks with offers of financial planning and the like. I methodically and politely send them away (about 10 times now), yet they methodically invite me to chat in their office on Mokhovaya, despite it being not important to me. Now I’m thinking, maybe I should visit out of curiosity in my free time? If there really are Americans/Brits there (which is unlikely), it would be a free chance to practice English on financial topics. But I suspect that just two square meters are rented out there and they brainwash in Russian. On the other hand, if I set out to troll some people in my free time, and perhaps even in English – if it’s some sort of elegant scam for money, I could learn about the schemes. Has anyone encountered this?
