I’m reading a book about SAP Commerce Cloud. I noticed that the authors consistently use she instead of singular they. At first, I thought it was a typo. But when I encounter it for the tenth time, there’s clearly something behind it πŸ™‚ can someone explain what’s going on? :)))

Of course, there are articles by different authors claiming that “…The singular they is ear-hurting, eye-burning, soul-ravaging, mind-numbing syntactic folly.” However, even they all write that it is correct to rephrase the sentence, but I have never seen them write she.
